Can't login into the application. Preserve receiving an error. Application is English nevertheless the mistake is in Chinese so I have no idea what it is actually. Rebooted cellular phone, uninstalled/reinstalled application, turned off knowledge for a few minutes, but no use. I even now are unable to log in towards the app.------------------------
